is a legal agreement between you and Musée (“Musée”, “us”, “we”, "Service"
or “our”).
By downloading Musée and/or using any of the services enabled by Musée
(the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (including any
additional guidelines and future modifications) and by Musée's privacy
policy. If at any time you do not agree to these terms and conditions of
use, you may not use the software or services and must immediately
terminate your use of the software and all services.
Summary
You should read Terms in full because they apply every time you visit
Musée, and is the terms of service that governs the relationship between
the users who interact with Musée, as well as Musée brands, products and
services, which We call the "Musée Services" or "Services". By using or
accessing the Musée Services, you agree to this Terms.However, just in
case you ever need a reminder of the main points, here's a quick basic
Terms:

devices, but if We find or someone alerts about your inappropriate
activities, We will, in our sole discretions, remove such materials.

make friends. If the system detects your violation of the Terms, Musée
will adopt a corresponding measure.

2. Community Guidelines and Surveillance Strategies
You are able to send all kinds of things to other users on Musée,
including photographs, messages and other content ("Content"). You own all
of the content and information you send on Musée. While there are some
rules about what is acceptable though, so when you are using Musée you may
not send any Content which:

contains the information, comment or any other forms of content about a
person who is under 18 years old;

contains expletives or language which could be deemed offensive or is
likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;
- is obscene, pornographic or otherwise may offend human dignity;

is abusive, insulting or threatening, or which promotes or encourages
racism, sexism, hatred or bigotry;

encourages any illegal activity including, without limitation,
terrorism, inciting racial hatred or the submission of which in itself
constitutes committing a criminal offence;
- is defamatory;
- involves the transmission of "junk" mail or "spam";

contains any spy ware, viruses, corrupt files, worm programmes or other
malicious code designed to interrupt, damage or limit the functionality
of or disrupt any software, hardware, telecommunication, networks,
servers or other equipment, Trojan horse or any other material designed
to damage, interfere with, wrongly intercept or expropriate any data or
personal information whether from Musée or otherwise;

itself, or the sending of which, infringes any third party's rights
(including, without limitation, intellectual property rights and privacy
rights);

shows another person which was created or distributed without that
person's consent.

If any of the above occurs, Musée has the right to suspend, terminate or
restrict provision of the Services under this Agreement at any time and
is not obligated to bear any liability to you or any third party.
3. Protecting Other People's Rights

You will not send content or take any action on Musée that infringes or
violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law.

We can remove any content or information you send via Musée if we
believe that it violates this Terms or our policies.

If we remove your content for infringing someone else's copyright, and
you believe it was removed by mistake, we will provide you with an
opportunity to appeal.

If you repeatedly infringe other people's rights, we will disable your
account when appropriate.

You will not use our copyrights or Trademarks or any confusingly similar
marks without our prior written permission.

If you collect information from users, you will obtain their consent,
make it clear you (and not Musée) are the one collecting their
information, and send a privacy policy explaining what information you
collect and how you will use it.

You will not send anyone's identification documents or sensitive
financial information on Musée.

You will not tag users or send email invitations to non-users without
their consent.
4. Termination

Suspend your use of (where applicable) and your right to access and/or
use Musée or submit any Content to Musée;

Make use of any operational, technological, legal, or other means
available to enforce the Terms (including without limitation blocking
specific IP addresses);

We will try (but we are not obliged) to notify you if your access to
Musée and/or your Profile is to be or has been suspended or terminated;
5. Proprietary Rights in Content on Musée

Musée does NOT claim ANY ownership rights in the text, files, images,
photos, video, sounds,musical works, works of authorship,
applications.or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that you
send on or through the Musée Services. By displaying or publishing
("sending") any Content on or through the Musée Services, you hereby
grant to Musée a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty free, worldwide,
limited license to use, modify,delete from, add to, publicly perform,
publicly display, reproduce and translate such Content,including without
limitation distributing part or all of the Site in any media formats
through any media channels, except Content not shared
publicly("private") will not be distributed outside the Musée Services.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content sent by you on
or through the Musée Services or otherwise have the right to grant the
license set forth in this section, (ii) the sending and use of your
Content on or through the Musée Services does not violate the privacy
rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual
property rights or any other rights of any person, and (iii) the sending
of your Content on the Site does not result in a breach of contract
between you and a third party. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees,
and any other monies owing any person by reason of Content you send on
or through the Musée Services.

The Musée Services contain Content of Musée("Musée Content"). Musée
Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and
other laws, and Musée owns and retains all rights in the Musée Content
and the Musée Services. Musée hereby grants you a
limited,revocable,nonsublicensable license to reproduce and display the
Musée Content(excluding any software code) solely for your personal use
in connection with viewing the Site and using the Musée Services.

The Musée Services contain Content of Users and other Musée
licensors.Except as provided within this Agreement, you may not copy,
modify,translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute,perform,
display, or sell any Content appearing on or through the Musée Services.

Musée performs technical functions necessary to offer the Musée
Services, including but not limited to transcoding and/or reformatting
Content to allow its use throughout the Musée Services.
6.Zero Tolerance for CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)
We have a strict policy of zero tolerance towards CSAE. We consider any
form of child sexual abuse and exploitation as an extremely serious and
immoral offense.No user is allowed to post, share, or promote any content
related to CSAE. This includes, but is not limited to, pornographic images
or videos involving children, text that incites or describes CSAE
activities. Users are prohibited from engaging in any form of
communication that may be construed as facilitating CSAE, such as
arranging meetings for improper purposes with children.
We encourage our users to report any suspected CSAE related content or
behavior they encounter on the platform.Any user found to be in violation
of our anti CSAE policy will face severe consequences. This may include
immediate and permanent account suspension, and we will also cooperate
with law enforcement agencies to take further legal actions if necessary.
We are committed to complying with all relevant laws and regulations
regarding the prevention of CSAE. In the event of any CSAE related issues,
we will fully cooperate with local and international law enforcement
agencies to ensure that the perpetrators are brought to justice.
7. Disclaimers

You shall be fully responsible for any risks involved in using Musée
Services. Any use or reliance on Musée Services will be at your own
risk.

Under no circumstance does Musée guarantee that the Services will
satisfy your requirements, or guarantee that the Services will be
uninterrupted. The timeliness, security and accuracy of the Services are
also not guaranteed. You acknowledge and agree that the Services is
provided by Musée on an “as is” basis. Musée make no representations or
warranties of any kind express or implied as to the operation and the
providing of such Services or any part thereof. Musée shall not be
liable in any way for the quality, timeliness, accuracy or completeness
of the Services and shall not be responsible for any consequences which
may arise from your use of such Services.

Musée does not guarantee the accuracy and integrity of any external
links that may be accessible by using the Services and/or any external
links that have been placed for the convenience of you. Musée shall not
be responsible for the content of any linked site or any link contained
in a linked site, and Musée shall not be held responsible or liable,
directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage in connection with the
use of the Services by you. Moreover, Musée shall not bear any
responsibility for the content of any web page that you are directed via
an external link that is not under the control of Musée .

Musée shall not bear any liability for the interruption of or other
inadequacies in the Services caused by circumstances of force majeure,
or that are otherwise beyond the control of Musée . However, as far as
possible, Musée shall reasonably attempt to minimize the resulting
losses of and impact upon you.
8. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Musée, its officers
directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims,
damages, obligations, losses liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses
(including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:(i) your use
of and access to the Musée Service;(ii) your violation of any term of
these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including
without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any
claim that one of your User Status Submissions caused damage to a third
party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive this Terms
and your use of the Musée Service. to a third party.
9. Payment for Paid Services
Musée may include the virtual gifts, coins (“Props”) which can be bought
by the users when using Musée. Users will use real money to buy Musée
Props in accordance with the rules, policies and processes of Musée Props
system, and then use Props to use part of Musée's functions or send to
other Users.

with the rules, policies and processes set forth. If then you refuse or
choose not to follow the instruction of payments, it shall be deemed
that you do not confirm your willingness of paying and use of the Props
and you will not able to use such Props.

You agree and accept that Musée is neither acting as trustee nor acting
in a fiduciary capacity with respect to the Props Services in
consideration of providing the third party Pay Facility for facilitation
of your subscription of the Props.

Refund Policy. Unless otherwise required by the applicable law, no
refund will be entertained after the Props has been purchased.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and give you the
opportunity to review and comment on the revised terms before continuing
to use our Services. We may provide notice on the Website if we make
changes to policies, guidelines or other terms referenced in or
incorporated by this Statement.
